This role requires a blend of technical understanding, project management expertise, dynamic learning abilities, and a high level of English profi ciency to ensure the successful delivery of our web development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Project Management
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of web development projects. Create and manage timelines, tasks, and project scopes to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Team Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact between designers, developers, and stakeholders. Allocate tasks to team members, ensuring clear communication and eff ective collaboration.
Technical Oversight
Utilize a solid understanding of web development tools and platforms, such as Figma and WordPress, to guide the project’s technical direction and troubleshoot issues.
Continuous Learning
Quickly adapt to and learn new technologies and methodologies to apply to project challenges and requirements.
Quality Assurance
Oversee the quality assurance process, ensuring all deliverables meet stringent quality standards and user expectations. Leverage QA experience to enhance testing strategies and defect resolution.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager, or similar role in web development projects.
• Strong familiarity with design and development tools such as Figma and WordPress.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage schedules, dependencies, and budgets.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
• High level of profi ciency in English, both written and spoken.
• Signifi cant experience in Quality Assurance processes and methodologies.
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly and eff ectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Business Management, or related field is preferred.
